Camp T-Equity: Opening Doors of Opportunity Through Science, Mathematics, and Technology Literacy

Instruction

Walter Sanford serves as director and principal instructor for Camp T-Equity. A geoscience instructor with over fifteen years' classroom experience, Mr. Sanford has been a leader in the integration of technology in the classroom.

Mr. Sanford has taught numerous workshops on technology-related curriculum; he is also the author and maintainer of the Geosystems in Fairfax County Public Schools, a Web-based collection of geoscience-related information resources and classroom activities.

In addition, Camp T-Equity will feature guest lectures by numerous guest speakers, all of whom are women role models who routinely use technology in their professions.
