Camp T-Equity '95 was a four-week, three-hour-per-day technology immersion day camp for girls. The primary goal of the camp: to help increase girls' participation in science and mathematics through technology immersion in the earth and environmental sciences.
Applications were extended to young women in the West Springfield High School feeder-school pyramid, with an emphasis upon enrolling rising ninth grade students. Maximum enrollment was limited to 16 students.
The 1995 camp was held between 18 July and 11 August at West Springfield High School in Springfield, Virginia. Eight girls, ranging from rising freshmen to rising juniors, participated in Camp T-Equity 1995.
