exact
location of the FCPS/NOVAC EarthDial. Note that the original
determination of the location of the TJHSST Planetarium
(shown on the dial face) was somewhat inaccurate--the actual location
is 38° 49' N latitude, 77° 10' W longitude
(77.167°W).
