Ideal Weather for Optimal Sky-Observing

Relatively mild temperature (too cold equals human discomfort!), low humidity (low dew point temperature), and calm wind. But don't wait for ideal weather conditions to go sky-gazing -- look up at the sky whenever you have the opportunity (which is every time you are outside)!
