Subject: Science Olympiad Team Meeting - Post-Tournament Debriefing

- Please prepare "debriefing" notes; return to ME (not your coach) ASAP.
- Please return all loaner materials to ME (not your coach) ASAP, e.g., 
CD-ROMs, Golden Guides, etc.
- Would you be willing to serve as a mentor next year (2007-2008), at 
least initially?

> T-shirts: color; design; willing to pay small fee?

> Digital photos/video - Will trade blank media for CDs/DVDs

> "After work" party
- We would like to invite parents; I need their e-mail addresses.
- We will deliver team t-shirts at the party.
- DO NOT FORGET to bring medals/ribbons for team photo(s)!

> Certificates of Participation - Will be presented during the EOY Awards 
Ceremony. Please wear team t-shirt and medals.
