I find that Elements is a little easier to learn and I would suggest that to begin with. *Open the desired picture. *From Filter on the menu bar, go down to Stylize, and over to Find Edges A basic traced outline of whatever image you are viewing will remain. I hope this helps...this is not really an area of great expertise, but I do like to experiment. I have some great Adobe tutorial sites that I could send you if you would like to experiment yourself. He posted an all-call for help from other SBTS & TSPECS. I'm told you replied to suggest that Adobe "Photoshop Elements" will do the trick. As it turns out, I own "Elements" (for that matter, I own "Photoshop" but am not a "power user") but have never installed or used the app (it was bundled with one of my digital cameras). I would sincerely appreciate any advice you can offer to get me started and pointed in the right direction. I have several photos of fairly simple sundials; I would like to transform the photos into line drawings that I can label and superimpose on top of the original photos. Can do? Thanks for your advice! Sunny Days and Starry Nights! Walter Sanford, Science/Planetarium Teacher Sandburg Middle School
